Terms & Conditions OVERVIEW

Welcome to Appnox. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Appnox website and our event management services. By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Appnox provides professional event planning and management services including Corporate Events, Wedding Events, Social & Private Events, and Event Solutions. All services are offered based on client requirements, availability, and final confirmation.

 

All bookings must be made through the Appnox website, email, or official communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment. Appnox reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request at its discretion.

 

Event pricing depends on the type of event, scale, location, duration, and level of customization. An advance payment may be required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule and before the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without any refund.

 

Appnox respects your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will be used only for providing event-related services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or misuse client data.

 

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of event preparation. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, Appnox will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.

 

You agree not to misuse the Appnox website or attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with its operation in any way.
